Sunny and hot with afternoon Zephyr winds today. Expect Reno to reach 100° and Montreux 96°. Smoke and haze in Valley locations should clear out this afternoon as winds pick up. Look for sunny skies, very dry conditions with afternoon Zephyr winds in the 5 to 10 mph range gusting to 15 mph today. Wednesday through Sunday will be solidly in the 100's in Reno with sunny skies, dry conditions and afternoon Zephyr winds. Friday looks to be the hottest day this week. Haze will likely return in Valley locations in the early morning hours and late nights this week until local fires are extinguished. Stay hydrated and be aware of heat stoke if planning outdoor activities this week.
