Mostly sunny and hot with afternoon Zephyr winds today. Expect Reno to reach 92° and Montreux 90°. Hot today with increasing afternoon winds. Look for mostly sunny skies, increasing afternoon winds and temperatures well above our seasonal average which is 81° in Reno. Saturday will see sunny skies, a cool down of about 10° with stronger winds as a Trough moves into the Pacific Northwest. Winds could gust to 40 mph on Saturday increasing fire danger. Cooler and sunny Sunday with less wind. Monday the Cold Front arrives with stronger winds, cloudy skies and a chance for a shower, mainly over the Sierra continuing into Tuesday morning. Temperatures Monday and Tuesday will be in low 70's in Reno. A slow warm up mid week, then hot again for next weekend. Have a great weekend !!
