INDEPENDANCE DAY

Mostly sunny and hot with typical afternoon winds today. Expect Reno to reach 95° and Montreux 93°. Happy Fourth of July !!!. Look for a hot day with typical afternoon Zephyr winds in the 10 to 15 mph range, isolated cumulus clouds and a very slight chance for thunderstorms mainly over the Sierra. Temperatures will be above the seasonal average of 92° in Reno. Sunday will see partly to mostly cloudy skies, cooler temperatures and a better chance for an afternoon thunderstorm. Monday we return to sunny skies, temperatures in the 90's in Reno with afternoon Zephyr winds. Have a safe and sane weekend as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the USA.
