Look for mostly sunny skies with afternoon Zephyr winds in the 10 to 15 mph range and temperatures well above the seasonal average of 92°. Today and Thursday will likely be the warmest days with temperatures in Reno reaching the high 90's. A slow cooling trend begins Friday with afternoon Zephyr winds and seasonal temperatures in the low 90's. Saturday and the weekend will be a little cooler with a return of chances for thunderstorms (15 to 20%) as Monsoon moisture and a Trough off the California Coast impact our area.
