Mostly cloudy, dry and very warm with afternoon Zephyr winds today. Expect Reno to reach 93° and Montreux 88°. A little cooler today with stronger afternoon winds as we head into the weekend. Look for mostly cloudy skies early with afternoon Zephyr winds in the 15 to 20 mph range and temperatures just above the seasonal average of 91°. Saturday will see seasonal temperatures with stronger winds, gusts likely to 30 mph and a slight chance for isolated thunderstorms as Monsoon moisture from the south and a Trough moving into the Pacific Northwest impact our area. Thunderstorms mainly south and east of the Truckee Meadows this weekend. Sunday and early next week will see sunny skies, seasonal temperatures and typical afternoon Zephyr winds in the 10 to 15 mph range. Have a great weekend !!
