Mostly sunny, dry and very warm with light afternoon Zephyr winds today. Expect Reno to reach 94° and Montreux 89°. A nice warm up through Thursday as High pressure builds into our area. Look for mostly sunny skies with afternoon Zephyr winds in the 10 to 15 mph range and temperatures just above the seasonal average of 92°. Wednesday and Thursday will likely be the warmest days with temperatures in Reno reaching the mid to high 90's. A slow cooling trend begins Friday with afternoon Zephyr winds and seasonal temperatures in the low 90's. Saturday and the weekend will be cooler with a return of chances for thunderstorms (15 to 20%) as Monsoon moisture and a Trough off the California Coast impact our area.
