Sunny and mild with typical afternoon winds today. Expect Reno to reach 84° and Montreux 81°. A slow warm up as we begin the second half of 2026. Look for mild temperatures, typical afternoon Zephyr winds in the 10 to 15 mph range, and a few clouds over the Sierra today. Temperature will be well below the seasonal average of 91° in Reno. Thursday and Friday temperatures in Reno will slowly rise to the high 80's with typical afternoon Zephyr winds and mostly sunny skies. The Fourth of July weekend will see a Ridge build bringing sunny skies, afternoon breezes and temperatures back to seasonal averages and above into the mid 90's in Reno as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the USA.
