Sun and clouds and hot with light winds today. Expect Reno to reach 96° and Montreux 94°. Clouds early this morning bringing light showers to some locations, mainly around Lake Tahoe. A mix of sun and clouds today as Monsoon moisture streams into the area. Temperatures will be above the seasonal average of 95° in Reno. Look for a slight chance for thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. Temperatures will remain hot with light winds in the afternoon except around any thunderstorms. Monday will see a similar day like today with morning and evening clouds and sunshine mid day. Monsoon moisture will be in our forecast through Wednesday with a chance for thunderstorms, Tuesday will have the best chance for meaningful rain. Enjoy the weekend!!
