Partly cloudy, dry and seasonal with afternoon Zephyr winds today. Expect Reno to reach 92° and Montreux 86°. Some high clouds today, otherwise a very average day for mid August. Look for some clouds and light afternoon Zephyr winds with temperatures at the seasonal average of 92°. Tuesday will see the temperatures climb a few degrees with sunny skies and afternoon Zephyr winds in the 10 to 15 mph range. Wednesday will likely be the warmest day with temperatures in Reno reaching the mid to high 90's. A cooling trend begins Thursday with stronger afternoon Zephyr winds and seasonal temperatures in the low 90's. Friday and into the weekend will be cooler with a return of chances for thunderstorms (15 to 20%) as Monsoon moisture and a Trough off the California Coast impact our area.
