Sunny and seasonal with afternoon Zephyr winds today. Expect Reno to reach 94° and Montreux 91°. Look for sunny skies, afternoon winds in the 10 to 20 mph range and dry conditions today. Temperatures will be near the seasonal average of 93° in Reno. Thursday Through Saturday temperatures will slowly increase, possibly into triple digits in Reno by Saturday as High pressure builds into the area. Expect afternoon Zephyr winds to continue each day. Strongest winds likely Friday afternoon where gusts could reach 30 mph. Dry conditions will prevail, but there is always a chance for a stray thunderstorm with afternoon heating. Sunday we will see some clouds moving into the area as Monsoonal moisture works its way north from Baja. Likely we will see some thunderstorms next week with temperatures back in the 80's.
