Partly to mostly cloudy and cool with strong winds today. Expect Reno to reach 60° and Montreux 57°. A blustery day with increasing clouds and gusty winds. Temperatures will be well below the seasonal average of 78°. Look for cloudy skies and winds in the 15 to 20 mph range with gusts to 30 mph and much colder temperatures as a Cold Front arrives with a chance for some showers this evening. Wednesday the Low will be over our area dropping temperatures in Reno into the 50's with scattered rain, thunderstorms and possibly some snow down to 6000 ft.. Thursday will remain cold and showery, possibly some heavier rain and thunderstorms. Cloudy, then clearing late Friday with temperatures still below average. Sunny and warmer Saturday and Sunday as temperature begin to rise near seasonal averages. Back in the 80's in Reno next week.
