Mostly sunny and very warm with afternoon winds today. Expect Reno to reach 88° and Montreux 85°. Some high clouds this morning will give way to mostly sunny skies later today. Look for mostly sunny skies, strong afternoon winds in the 20 to 25 mph range, and slightly cooler temperatures, but still well above our seasonal average which is 80° in Reno. Less wind on Thursday and Friday with sunny skies and temperatures on the rise again with Friday the warmest day this week. Saturday will see a small cool down with stronger winds as a Trough moves through the Pacific Northwest. Cooler and sunny Sunday with less wind. Monday will see stronger winds and a slight chance for a shower, mainly over the Sierra. Temperatures early next week will be more seasonal with afternoon Zephyr winds.
