Sunny and seasonal with light winds today. Expect Reno to reach 96° and Montreux 93°. Look for sunny skies, less afternoon wind and dry conditions today. Temperatures will be just above the seasonal average of 94° in Reno. Today through Saturday temperatures will slowly increase, possibly into triple digits in Reno by Saturday as High pressure has built into the area. Expect light afternoon Zephyr winds to today. Stronger winds Friday afternoon where gusts could reach 25 mph. Dry conditions will prevail, but there is always a chance for a stray thunderstorm with afternoon heating. Sunday will be a few degrees cooler with partly cloudy skies as Monsoonal moisture works its way north from Baja. Likely we will see some thunderstorms next week with temperatures back in the 80's.
