Sunny and warm with light winds today. Expect Reno to reach 86° and Montreux 83°. The record heat wave continues today, likely the warmest day of the week. Look for sunny skies, light winds and dry conditions. Over the weekend temperatures will begin to slowly cool, but will still be way above seasonal averages. Saturday will be in the mid 70's in Reno with gusty afternoon winds and partly cloudy skies as a Trough moves through north of our area. Sunny Sunday with mid 70's and some afternoon winds. River flows will increase with these temperatures, the water will be very cold from snow melt so be cautious. Mid next week temperatures will rise back into the 80's in Reno, then cooler later in the week. Spring officially begins today at 7:46 AM. Have a wonderful weekend!!
