Mostly sunny and warm with light afternoon winds today. Expect Reno to reach 88° and Montreux 84°. Sunny this morning after a strong thunderstorm brought heavy rain last evening. Look for mostly sunny skies and light afternoon winds except around thunderstorms. Afternoon clouds, mainly over the Sierra producing possible thunderstorms again today. Thunderstorms most likely be south of Lake Tahoe, but like yesterday, there is a possibility across our region. Above seasonal temperatures (currently 81° in Reno) will continue. The 90's will return to Reno for another hot weekend with possible thunderstorms in our area each afternoon. Have a wonderful weekend!!
